Sketchy Thursday's

It is my FIRST time submitting ANYTHING!!! I really enjoyed this sketch though, it was a challenge for me to actually stay somewhat inside the bounds of the sketch! I always seem to go way off from the original idea!!! But I think that I accomplished it, and I like how it looks! The pic is of my little boy Saul from his birthday party on friday. It is odd for me to actually scrap a picture so fast after it has been taken!! I also finished a couple of other things! I made a "tool" bin out of a hot chocolate container that is pretty cute, it is for my rulers and taller tools I never know what to do with! I also finished my "son shine" page! I am going to post that tomorrow!!! Well Have a great day!!!!

Mother's Day

Happy Mother's day! Mother's day is a bittersweet time for me. I lost my biological mom at 5 years and then my beautiful step mom in an accident at age 14. I miss her every day! I dedicate this post to them! I love you both!!!

Mother's Day Chipboard book

I just finished this book for my wonderful mom (in law)!!! I am pretty pleased with how it turned out! It's not every day that I get to play with flowery pretty paper! I am usually using blues greens and bright primary colors for my little boy!! So I will take any chance to use pinks and purples!!

The start of a blog and a new adventure!!!

Hello all! This is a brand new thing for me!!! I want to share my love for my family, my life, and my craft! I hope you all enjoy peeking into my life! I have lots of plans and hopes and I thought it would be nice to share it with old friends and maybe new friends as well!

I am going to kick off my new blog with some posts of projects that I have finished starting with a mother's day chipboard book! So enjoy! I would love any feedback on them---good and the bad!
